Meet Allison.
As a health and wellness coach, Allison believes there is no magic bullet, nor is there one program that works for everyone. She recognizes that every body is different, and that we are all starting from a different place. Allison offers a holistic wellness experience that is specifically tailored to each client’s individual needs and lifestyle.
What is Holistic Health Coaching?
Holistic Health Coaching means looking at a person as a WHOLE. Not just focusing on one aspect of their health, but looking at all of the elements of the individual’s health (mental, physical, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, existential).
By drawing a picture of the WHOLE person, we can start to determine how each aspect is affecting one’s overall health. We look at helpful and harmful habits, limiting factors or beliefs, and stressors that are impacting their overall health. Getting to the root of whatever obstacles are holding you back from optimal health.
Then, we can start to create change through implementing small actions and new skills. Eventually, these actions become habits, and these habits transform into a lifestyle.

This program was developed to have a better understanding of how to manage stress, and to create a sustained, mindful approach to handling workplace pressures, and helping employees feel more connected, engaged, and empowered in their roles.

Allison is using her degree in Broadcast Journalism to bring lifestyle and nutrition advice to local news studios KTLA & KCAL, in addition to her brand partnerships.
